Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform daily loan maintenance and make additional notations within core system
- Review, scan & index department loan maintenance that is done in core system
- Review & approve daily loan maintenance reports
- Prepare loan documentation for imaging & index files to doc storage
- Provide payoff quotes and post payoff payments on core system
- Prepare and electronically record all lien satisfactions
- Review final title policies and recorded mortgages and index to doc storage
- Conduct payment reversals or error correction entries and track for front line training
- Set up new, change existing or cancel internal/ACH payments, as needed
- Update customer information in core system, as needed
- Process and disburse construction loan draw requests
- Review insurance claim proceeds and disburse funds for repairs
- Monitor Escrow accounts, complete monthly escrow disbursements & run annual Escrow Analysis
- Monitor MI loans & complete MI cancellation/terminations, as required
- Monitor ARM Accounts and prepare and send Annual ARM Adjustment notices
- Maintain appropriate insurance tracking for flood & hazard, as required
- Obtain force placed insurance coverage when required
- Prepare and process loan modifications
- Prepare & submit required reporting for secondary market investor loans
- Ensure secondary market loans are maintained following all investor requirements
- Maintain and balance loan department GL accounts
- Follow & ensure compliance with not only Bank policies and procedures, but also all applicable federal and state banking regulatory agency policies
- Comply with bank standards for attendance and hours of work
- Perform other duties as required to fulfill the responsibilities of the position
